Public Information

Your ratings and comments are public. When you rate or comment on a consultation:

• Your display name will be shown alongside your content
• Your ratings and comments are visible to all visitors
• Search engines may index your public contributions

Your email address is never displayed publicly.

Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is stored in secure databases (Supabase)
• Connections are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We implement row-level security policies to protect your data

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend downloading a copy of your data before deleting your account. You can do this from your profile settings.

Children's Privacy

GovRated is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
